Description

Antiseptic throat & oral rinse containing Povidone Iodine 2.0% w/v (Available Iodine ~ 0.2% w/v) to help reduce microbial load in the mouth & pharynx and provide relief in sore throat and oral infections.

Indications

Infected / inflammatory conditions of mouth & throat — sore throat, pharyngitis, tonsillitis*
Stomatitis, aphthous ulcers; oral hygiene support during common cold*
Pre- & post-dental procedures (as advised by dentist)

How To Use

Dilute MEXIDINE GARGLE with water as directed (usually 1 part gargle to 2 parts water) and swish around the mouth for 30 seconds.
Gargle and rinse thoroughly.
Use 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Avoid swallowing the gargle.
Do not use if you are allergic to iodine or Povidone Iodine.
Avoid use in children under 6 years of age.
